Read the script

A renewal nobody saw coming. A redline lost in email. A signature still pending. Here's how ATLAS Contracts puts you back in control.

Every contract lives on one record, with its value, its owner and the last day you can still say no.

Redline in Word, and ATLAS checks each clause against your own playbook. Then negotiate with the supplier in the Counterparty Room, where they don't even need an account.

Sign with ATLAS Sign, built right in, with a sealed PDF filed on the record the moment everyone has signed.

Ninety days out, the renewal brief puts real usage and invoices beside the price, and the approver decides in Teams.

Already have hundreds of contracts? Import them in bulk. ATLAS reads the parties, dates and values, and shows you the risks on day one.

Intake, redline, signature and renewal, on one record. That's ATLAS Contracts.

The whole lifecycle

From first draft to the next renewal.

A contract is a record with owners, costs, clauses and dates. Not a PDF in a shared folder.

Redline & review

Redline in Word. Review against your own playbook.

Upload the supplier paper and ATLAS checks every clause against your standards. Uncapped uplifts, thin liability caps and missing data-return terms are flagged with your approved fallback beside them.

  • Word redlines and PDF markup, round by round
  • Clause library with approved language and fallbacks
  • AI review runs on your own hardware if you choose
§ 9. Renewal and pricingJLKS

The Agreement renews for successive thirty-six (36) twelve (12) month terms. Fees for any renewal term may increase by the Provider's then-current list price no more than five percent (5%).

Playbook: renewal uplift must be capped. Suggested fallback 5%, accepted by supplier in round 2.

Renewals

Decide before the notice deadline. Every time.

Renewals are anchored to the date you must give notice, not the date the term ends. The brief puts usage, invoices and the proposed uplift beside the price, while there is still time to say no.

  • Forward calendar of every notice window
  • Seat usage and invoice history on the brief
  • Renewal task raised in Jira or Teams when the window opens

ATLAS Sign

Signed and sealed, without another subscription.

Send for signature from the record. Each signer gets a fresh code by text or email at the moment of signing. The finished PDF is sealed with a certificate that shows if anything changes.

  • Signing order, reassignment and reminders
  • A completion certificate with every step and code check
  • Prefer DocuSign? It stays fully supported

The expensive renewal is the one nobody owned.

ATLAS puts an owner, a deadline and the evidence on every agreement, so the decision is made on purpose.

Questions

What legal teams ask first.

Is ATLAS Sign legally binding?
ATLAS Sign records consent, verifies each signer with a fresh one-time code and seals the final PDF with a certificate. The completion certificate lists every step. If your policy names a provider, DocuSign is supported on the same record.
Does the supplier need an account?
No. They open the Counterparty Room with a code sent to their email, and sign with a fresh code at the moment of signing. Only the contact on file can get in.
Where does the AI review run?
Wherever you configure it. With a local model it runs on your own GPU and nothing leaves your network. A cloud provider can be used instead, behind an explicit consent setting.
Can we import our existing contracts?
Yes. Bulk import reads executed contracts and produces first-look findings, so the urgent ones surface on day one rather than at renewal.

Renewals decided early.
Approved from the chat.

The contract counts down to its notice date, and the renewal goes to the right approver in Teams with the usage and the price beside it.

Everything Contracts does

A contract is drafted, negotiated, signed and renewed in one place, so the notice date, the usage and the price are already side by side when the renewal comes around.
