Read the script

A quote in an inbox. A budget in a spreadsheet. An order nobody can trace. Here's how ATLAS Procurement keeps all of it on one record.

Start with a guided request, and drop in the supplier's quote. ATLAS reads every line, price and total for you, so nobody types it twice.

The approver sees the budget before they decide, and approves from email, Teams or their phone in one tap.

Need more than one quote? Send a request for quote, compare the replies side by side, and award it in a click.

One clean purchase order goes to each supplier, split across companies and branches however finance needs, and booked straight into Prophet 21.

When the invoice arrives by email, ATLAS matches it to the order and the receipt, and flags anything that doesn't add up.

Request, quote, order and invoice, with the approvals and the budget beside them, all on one record. That's ATLAS Procurement.

Request to payment

Every handoff, handled.

The intake form is the easy part. ATLAS covers the messy middle: approvals, quotes, splits, receipts and the invoice that arrives ninety days later.

Guided requests

A request form that knows the budget.

People answer a few plain questions and ATLAS routes the rest. The budget line, the approver and the headroom left are on the form before anyone clicks submit.

  • Headroom shown before submit, not after the overspend
  • Drop a quote and the lines fill themselves in

Invoices & payments

Invoices by email. Matched before anyone looks.

Suppliers send invoices to one address. ATLAS reads them, matches each to the order and the receipt, and flags only what disagrees. Payments settle in the currency you owe.

  • Three-way match: order, receipt and invoice
  • Part payments, credit notes and FX variance tracked
  • Every amount stamped with the rate of the day

Budgets & spend

Know the number before you commit it.

Budgets, commitments and actuals are derived from the requests, orders and invoices themselves. Nobody keeps a second spreadsheet.

Budgets

Fiscal years, allocations and the commitments against them.

Load the year from a spreadsheet, split lines across years, carry unspent money forward and close the year with one guided step.

  • Alerts when a line crosses the threshold you set
  • Operating spend by company, site and category
  • Every total in base currency, converted at the stamped rate

Questions

Asked before the walkthrough.

Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. ATLAS owns the request, the approvals and the evidence, and hands the purchase order to the system that runs purchasing. For Epicor P21 that is the built-in connector. For anything else we will tell you plainly whether it is a setting or a build.
Can requesters see the budget?
They see the headroom on the line they are buying against, before they submit. Finance decides who sees the full budget workspace.
How does PunchOut work?
The requester clicks through to the supplier's own site, shops as usual, and the basket returns to ATLAS over cXML as a priced request. Amazon Business works the same way.
What happens with foreign currency?
Each amount is stored in the currency it was struck in and stamped with the rate of that day. Totals are always added up in your base currency. Suppliers are paid in the currency on their invoice, and the difference is reported as FX variance.
